Emina’s Hand Foundation is a national and international non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving the communities, families and women in need. Our goal is to empower, support and provide aid in hopes of extending a hand through a collective impact.

Our mission is to empower disadvantaged communities by providing access to essential resources such as food and shelter. We strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need and to create a world where all people have the opportunity to thrive. Through the support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, we are dedicated to improving the lives of those who are struggling and creating a more equitable society for all.

The Founder

Emina Cunmulaj-Nazarian stands as a distinguished Albanian-American fashion icon of international acclaim. Her exceptional career is surpassed only by her philanthropic endeavors, where she utilizes her influence to champion charitable causes and create a meaningful global impact. Emina's unwavering dedication and compassionate outreach efforts have not only solidified her position as a fashion luminary but also established her as a benevolent and influential figure, inspiring transformative change and compassion in every undertaking.

Emina's life serves as a testament to boundless compassion driven by deep empathy. She has undertaken initiatives such as constructing homes for families devastated by disasters, distributing stoves to provide warmth, and offering food aid to thousands in need. Additionally, she is a dedicated advocate for women's health, providing free mammograms and funding women's shelters for abused survivors. Her unwavering commitment has saved children from life-threatening illnesses, empowered underprivileged students through education, and contributed to the establishment of healthcare and learning centers. Emina is pioneering a paradigm shift, bridging the gap between traditional philanthropy and its modern counterpart. Presently, Emina occupies a distinguished position as a board member at the Baptist Hospital Health Foundation, which holds 14 hospitals in south Florida and employs 27,000 people. She is also the Chief Operating Officer and board member at Fundjavë Ndryshe Foundation. Furthermore, Emina has actively contributed to environmental causes, notably with River Clean Up Albania, where she played a crucial role in collecting over 1,000,000 kg of river waste from Europe's most polluted river. She dedicates her efforts towards advancing education through the Y&S Nazarian Foundation, ardently advocating for philanthropy and communal well-being. Her unwavering commitment continues to serve as a wellspring of inspiration for aspiring young women, and she holds the esteemed title of Honorary Albanian Consulate of Florida, embodying the essence of a transformative force for positive societal change.
